Community Outreach

About Our Community Outreach
Our chapter is passionate about giving back to the Tucson community and inspiring the next generation of engineers and STEM professionals. We partner with local organizations to host and participate in meaningful outreach events that make a lasting impact. From STEM fairs with SARSEF to Girl Power in STEM workshops at the Pima JTED Innovative Learning Center, we actively engage with students and families to spark curiosity and promote STEM education.

We also participate in hands-on initiatives, such as Habitat for Humanity Build Day, where we help create affordable housing for local families, and STEAM Night at Edmon Station K-8 School, introducing young students to the exciting possibilities within science, technology, engineering, art, and math.

These events allow our members to mentor, educate, and connect with the community, all while fostering a sense of service and collaboration. Whether teaching STEM concepts or rolling up our sleeves to build a better future, our outreach efforts reflect our commitment to empowering others and creating a brighter tomorrow.
